My Experience:

Unlike other brands, the Tri Nature Shampoos and Conditioners don’t strip your hair and then refill it with stuff each time you wash.  What this means is that you won’t find the need to change out what you’re using every few months.  And if you have coloured hair, it will help the colour last as there are no harsh chemicals to strip it.

Lychee & Honeydew (Daily Care) conditioner is obviously the best value for money from the Tri Nature Hair range and is suitable for all ages and all hair types. I have several customers who had severe psoriasis on their heads that have found either significant improvement or completely cleared it up using Lychee & Honeydew (Daily Care) shampoo and conditioner.

Fragrance Description:

Tri Nature describes this smell as: Fruity top notes of Lychee, Cucumber, Apple, Honeydew Melon and Pineapple add to the exotic fruity twist on a balanced heart of Cyclamen, Freesia, Violet and Champagne with Green Raspberry, Cassis, Woody, Musk and Amber base notes.

The Lychee & Honeydew (Daily Care) Conditioner smells quite perfumey in the bottle.  I was concerned that this could be overwhelming in the shower.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that in the shower, the smell is light and refreshing and Honeydew Melon is the overriding scent.

All of the pure herbal extracts and many of the naturally derived materials Tri Nature use have their own distinctive and often not very pleasant smell. Most of them are certainly not attractive enough to satisfy the consumer’s requirements for pleasant aroma. Tri Nature therefore add essential oil blends or essential oil based fragrances to the products so that a commercially acceptable result is obtained.   All fragrances used by Tri Nature are phthalate-free.

Directions for Use:

After washing, squeeze excess water from hair. Apply and massage gently through hair. For best results leave for 1 – 3 minutes before rinsing.

The Lychee & Honeydew (Daily Care) Conditioner is very thick. Adjust the amount you use and the length of time you leave it in according to your hair type.  My hair is quite long and goes 3/4 of the way down my back but it is very dry. I use only a 10c piece worth of conditioner and brush it through my hair. This is more than enough.  I leave it in for a few minutes and only lightly rinse it out. This leaves my hair looking shiny and feeling soft and conditioned but not greasy.

Note: Depending on what you have been using before, while your hair is rebalancing, there may be a period of up to 3 weeks where your hair goes limp and a bit blah. Push through it and it will be fantastic.   This may not happen at everyone. I like to make people aware because it happened to me and I thought the products were rubbish when that was not the case.
