Moisturising Hand Wash

A gentle but powerful hand wash for removing dirt, grease and grime, suitable for the home, office, or industrial workplace.  This handwash is actually purchased by the mines for employees to wash off mining dirt and dust.  My partner has used it many times to remove grease and paint. It is much more effective that you would expect for something so gentle.

I have so many customers who have switched to this and cleared up all kinds of dermatitis and skin irritations on their hands.  It is especially popular with nurses, childcare workers and kitchen staff, or any other job that requires frequent handwashing.

Enhanced with skin conditioning emollients and Vitamin E, Regard Moisturising Hand Wash leaves the skin feeling conditioned and soft. You have a choice of 3 different smells: White Tea & Ginger, Cucumber and Blueberry or Mandarin & Basil. I personally prefer the cucumber or the mandarin but, so far, most people seem to prefer the White Tea.

The pH balanced formula is loaded with coconut oil, is suitable for use on all skin types and is great for workplaces where frequent hand washing is required.  With no soap or SLS. And a pH of about 7.5, the moisturising handwash is far more gentle than soap.  It also makes a great body wash, especially for men who may not like the more feminine smells of the body wash range.

Put it on neat at the start of the day to act as a barrier, especially useful for gardening, farm work, working on cars/engines, fishing, etc.

Directions for Use:

Half a pump onto dry hands and spread around.  Rinse under water.

The 500ml bottle comes with 2ml pump on it and you only need about half a pump at most per use.  I get 4-6 months per 500ml bottle using it several times per day.

To make this last even longer, I have the Cuisipro Foam Pump on the bathroom bench.  You put in about 50ml of handwash and about 400ml of water and it makes the handwash into a foam (there are lines on the pump to show you where to fill up to). According to Cuisipro, this saves you 75% of the handwash. My kids are 5 and 7 and anything with a pump on it makes them want to pump until their hands are overflowing, so the foam pumps are PERFECT!

Once you have used up the 500ml bottle, keep it and purchase 1L, 5L or a 20L to top it up.  If you purchase a 5L or 20L (which is 4 * 5L bottles) you can purchase a 30ml pump to make refilling the 500ml bottle easy and reduce spillage.

The 20L comes as 4 * 5L bottles. This is for OHS reasons, so no one has to lift a 20kg container. This also allows commercial users to have the product available in several buildings or across several facilities if required.

Fragrances:

Tri Nature describes the different fragrances this way:

• Cucumber & Bilberry: Green, fruity, grassy top notes add character to an aqueous floral heart of Jasmine, Cyclamen and Rose with a soft woody musky base.
• White Tea & Ginger: Fresh ozonic, green citrus top notes add sparkle to a fresh aldehydic floral heart of Rose, Jasmine and Neroli on a warm spicy woody base.
• Mandarin & Basil: Mandarin, Lime, Lemon and Basil add a spicy citrus twist to fresh clean top notes, on a floral heart of Lilac, Muguet, Geranium and Jasmine with precious wood notes of Vetiver, Patchouli, Sandalwood and Cedarwood on a rich vanilla musk base.

For those who are interested:

• Muguet is french for Lily of the Valley and Wiktionary tells me it’s pronounced moo-gay,
• Aldehydic refers to a floral and usually citrusy lemon/orange scent,
• Ozonic refers to a watery-airy freshness, like the air after heavy rain.

As with all Tri Nature products, the fragrances are made from plants and essential oils.  No pthalates/synthetic perfumes are used.

Note: C.I. 19140, C.I. 42090 are food colourings.  Often the natural ingredients are an unpleasant colour so Tri Nature uses food dyes to make them more pleasant.  In some cases, the dyes are also used to create colours that will deter children from consuming the products.
