My Experience:

There are 5 essential oils at 2% (therapeutic level) each, so a whopping 10% essential oils in this cream.  The cream absorbs quickly and the oils penetrate into the body and assist with soothing and relaxing.

Although the container is 50g, I find that a very small amount of this cream goes a very long way and it lasts me several months to a year (depending on how often I use it).

Cajeput is an expectorant and makes this product a great chest rub for chesty coughs and colds.  I have found that a little on the temples can work wonders for headaches.  Also brilliant for lower backs and soles of your feet after a long day standing or running around!

I found this cream to be a Godsend during pregnancy and breastfeeding.  However, as it contains essential oils, be sure to confirm with your doctor before using it if you are pregnant.
