My Experience:

This is a terrific floor cleaner.  I find you need much less of the concentrate than the directions suggest to leave a streak free finish.  I have had a number of customers give me the feedback that it’s the only floor cleaner they have tried that doesn’t leave a residue on floorboards.  I love that Optimate doesn’t leave any residue so I don’t have to worry about kids or pets.

Optimate is a more surfactant rich (stronger) version of the Tri Nature Supre Multipurpose Cleaner, so the concentrate can also be diluted down and used as a multipurpose spray.  Having a dual purpose product means you don’t need to buy additional products for other purposes.

The 20L comes as 4 * 5L bottles. This is for OHS reasons, so no one has to lift a 20kg container. This also allows commercial users to have the product available in several buildings or across several facilities if required.

Directions for Use:

Although the bottle says to use 10ml per litre of water, I find a capful per bucket (approx 10L) is more than enough.  If it streaks or leaves a tacky feeling, you used too much concentrate.

As a multipurpose spray, dilute 25ml per 500ml bottle and add 475ml of water.

On tile grout, use 50ml in a 500ml spray bottle and top up with water.  Spray and leave for about 10 minutes before agitating and then cleaning off.
