My Experience:

I recommend this for use in your washing machine or dishwasher prior to using Tri Nature products.  It will help to loosen and remove any build up of fillers or extenders around the drum of your machine and prevent them from coming out on the clothing.

It also flushes out your machine and helps to remove any calcium and limescale from the water.

You can use it in your washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, urn and even to clear the build up in the bottom of your toilet. I have even used it to clear the spa jets in the bath.

Maxim does a far superior job to vinegar and will not corrode any plastic or rubber parts the way vinegar does.

To use, simply put 50-100ml on the floor of your machine and run an empty hot, hot wash.  If possible, in your dishwasher, wait until the rinse cycle is about to begin before adding the Maxim, for best results.

Supermarket brands charge you $5 for half this size which is a single use.  Tri Nature’s is $19 for a litre that you will get at least 10 uses out of.  That makes Maxim about $1.90 per use! Halve that again if you have a front loader!!

To lift scale from the bottom of the toilet, add 2 capfuls to the bowl and let it sit overnight.  The scale should lift away with minimal scrubbing the next morning.  The longer you are able to leave it, the better the results.  I get the best results if I put some in the toilets when we are going away for a weekend.

Directions for use:

Laundry and dishwashing machines – add 50mL onto floor of machine and run through an empty normal wash and rinse cycle using hot water. Kettles – add 50mL and fill with cold water. Bring to boil and leave for 10min. Rinse well. Coff ee machines – use 50mL per Litre of water and use according to machine instructions.
